Cocktails for Characters - Jude from My Killer Vacation

You know we love side characters, so this week is all about Jude from Tessa Bailey’s “My Killer Vacation” and a Blue Rose Smash Mocktail. (If you want to make this with alcohol, just add gin )

What you’ll need:
10 fresh blueberries
1/2 lemon squeezed
1 sprig of fresh rosemary
1 1/2 ounces of blue agave (I didn’t measure, go with your heart)
soda water

How to do it: In the large part of your shaker add everything but the soda water and muddle really well. Add ice and then shake till everything is pretty cold. Strain into your rocks glass over ice, and top with a soda water float. Use some extra blueberries for garnish, and you’re ready to go! Cheers!
