Cocktails for Characters - Olivia from Mr. Wrong Number

This week we’re mixing up something sassy for Miss Misdial aka Olivia from Lynn Painter’s Mr. Wrong Number!

What You’ll Need:
2 oz. tequila
2 tablespoon simple syrup
2 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 cinnamon stick
1 egg white
ice

Light your cinnamon stick on fire, place on a cutting board, cover with your rocks glass, and set aside. Add everything to your shaker without ice. Dry shake for 30 seconds. Add ice to the shaker. Shake for 30 more seconds. Double strain into your smoked rocks glass and enjoy!
